Naomi Steenhof is an assistant professor in the teaching stream at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto and is a pharmacotherapy specialist at the University Health Network (UHN). Naomi practices with an interdisciplinary team in the Comprehensive Integrated Pain Program (CIPP) at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute. Her clinical focus is on medication management, tapering opioid medications, and the use of buprenorphine-naloxone therapy for patients with chronic pain. Naomi is actively engaged in interprofessional education, curriculum development, as well as teaching at the undergraduate, resident and post-graduate levels.
