UHN has launched an online resource designed to highlight the organization's leading experts. This searchable online resource connects journalists and other audiences with researchers and doctors at UHN. Through the site, experts are able to communicate globally-relevant research and patient care information in their respective areas of expertise, including cancer, neuroscience, cardiovascular disease, rehabilitation science and health services.
Each profile contains information about the expert’s areas of specialty, as well as their biographical information, latest research discoveries and recent media/event appearances. The profile also hosts video interviews, and connects with the expert’s profiles on social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.
