Research Interests

Dr. Granton is a staff physician at UHN, serving on the multidisciplinary intensive care intensive care unit at the Toronto General Hospital that specializes in the management of organ transplant recipients, advanced respiratory failure and sepsis, and supports advanced medical and surgical program.

He is also Director of the Pulmonary Hypertension program at the Toronto General Hospital and conducts research through TGRI. Dr. Granton's clinical research focuses on lung injury, shock, thrombosis, and pulmonary vascular disease.
